I'm a fitness instructor specialising in community health and wellbeing, offering both in-person and online sessions designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported.
My own journey with exercise started as a way to support my mental health, and it's had a huge impact on my life. That's what drives me now - helping others experience those same benefits in a way that feels achievable and enjoyable.
At Jump, I focus on creating welcoming, down-to-earth sessions where there's no pressure to be perfect - just encouragement, energy, and a sense of community. Alongside my classes, I also work with organisations and community groups to deliver inclusive health and wellbeing sessions for people of all ages.
Whether you're joining me locally or through Jump Online, my aim is simple: to help you move more, feel better, and enjoy it.
